I am an accomplished Yoga Teacher and a serious practitioner myself, have a richly varied experience of teaching Yoga in several reputed clubs and several prestigious Corporate clients to my credit. I also give private and group training and my client list includes cream of the society , stars, celebrities and top notch industrialists. I studied Yoga for about one and a half decade, widely with many teachers of different styles. I am actively associated with BIHAR SCHOOL OF YOGA,. 

Yoga can be termed as the “Stress Buster Pill” for our times. Yoga revitalizes the ‘ Body- Mind-Soul ‘ complex as a whole enabling us to enjoy exuberant health. 

Yoga, the oldest science of life can teach you to bring stress under control not only on a physical level, but on mental and spiritual levels too. In fact Yoga has become popular all over the world because of its great potential in promoting and maintaining physical and mental health. It helps us to achieve a balance in our lives through asanas, Pranayaamas, relaxation and meditation. 

At first glance it seems to be little more than a series of physical postures, which keeps the body lean and flexible. But in time anyone who continues with regular practice , becomes aware of a subtle change in his or her approach to life. So put Yoga into practice and see the benefit for yourself. 

I attached to a small, yet an invariably noticeable association of expert and dedicated Yoga teachers known by the name RAMKER YOGA, based in MIRZAPUR. RAMKER YOGA has specialized itself in implementing Corporate Stress Management programmes. They are conducted in office premises and customized according to the needs of the employees of the organization. 

I have combined various styles of teaching and the best of the elements of Traditional Yoga and devised my own contemporary style of teaching Yoga. I have created a greatly unique system of teaching by blending various aspects of Yoga: viz. Surya Namaskara, Asanas, Mudras, Bandhas, Pranayaamas, Meditation and deep relaxation technique of Yoga Nidra, in appropriate proportion in my hour long practical sessions. 

In conclusion , I would like to re-emphasize that we teach traditional and authentic Yoga in a modern , yet scientific manner.
